Jiayi Liu is the Assistant Recruitment Manager for INTO George Mason University. She has been serving in this role in the Marketing and Communications team for 2 years. In this position, she is responsible for initiating recruitment activities to increase the brand recognition in the market, creating marketing campaigns and participating in educational fairs to generate the potential leads and collaborating conversion events with partners around the world to drive the confirmation rate and eventually contribute to the enrollment goals.
Prior this position, she worked in the Student Experience team as the Welcome Desk and Special Projects Coordinator at INTO George Mason University. Jiayi graduated in 2018 with a B.S degree in Business Management and a minor in International Business. She’s proud to be a Mason Alumna. She speaks fluent Chinese Mandarin and English.
